Fees

£110 for a 50 minute assessment or therapy session

Appointments can be paid for by BACS, cash or card.

Appointments can be face to face or online (via zoom).

I offer face to face appointments across County Durham.

Insurance

I am a registered professional with BUPA, AXA PPP healthcare, Aviva, Vitality Health, Cigna, Helix and Aetna.

If I am not covered by your current health insurance provider, I may be able to register so please let me know.

Cancellations

I am aware that sometimes things crop up and that there might be times where you need to rearrange or cancel one of our sessions. If this was the case, I would be grateful if you could give me at least 48 hours notice. Any session can be rearranged with 48hrs notice, for no charge. Where possible I will offer you an alternative time in the same week.

If we have a pre-booked session and you are unable to attend, a charge of 50% of the session fee will be payable within 48 hours notice. If you miss a session with less than 24 hours notice you will need to pay the full session fee.

Some insurance companies cover missed appointments but many (including AXA PPP) do not.
